HOW IT WORKS

You will see that we have made it easy and quick for you to get a quotation for your shipment needs, you can then select the right solution for you and book a pick-up for the shipment, print the shipping label and your shipment is on its way. When you have shipped, if you need to understand the whereabouts of the shipment, just go to our portal and you can track the shipment and also trace the shipment through our unique online support suite. Your invoice is also available on our portal.

Our global presence enables us to form strategic relationships with both domestic and international transportation carriers. The completeness of our services offering is important to us, we need to have carriers relevant for any type of service required by our SME customers, for Parcel & Documents we
work with UPS, FedEx, TNT, & DHL Parcel, they are all available in our Shipping Portal, but SME’s do also transport Pallets & Freight and we provide Road, Air & Sea Freight solutions and compare those with our Economy & Express providers to find the best solution for our customers. Wherever possible we work with our carriers globally.

Our leading-edge Shipping Portal is a simple to use tool for all your domestic & international shipments. World Options has invested significantly in our technology and will continue to doso, to ensure the customer experience and journey is as easy as possible. This is done in a way to not compromise that the right data is captured enabling us to quote and you to ship. All customers’ shipping needs can be met with the click of a mouse, users can log in and view multiple quotes between carriers in seconds, make an instant booking, get access to tracking options and also view invoices. Help and support is always available through your dedicated Local Shipping Advisor, just a phone call away or you can use our Support Suite to avoid re-typing information from our shipping portal. We are all about SHIPPING MAD.

One invoice for all shipments, reducing your administration. All financials are available in our Shipping Portal.
We have simplified our administration and made it very easy for you, we bill weekly – every Thursday for shipments from the week before and you can assess your invoice on our Shipping Portal and follow the accounting process.

Our agreements with carriers cover Domestic and International, small and large shipments. Over the years we have built excellent relationships with the major carriers in the industry. Our EAZY2SHIP carrier partners comprise of some world’s leading carrier brands, which include UPS, FedEx, TNT, & DHL Parcel, as well as Freight carriers such as DHL Freight, DSV Road & DHL Global Forwarding, Emons, Far Logistics, Nunner Logistics and Wetron for heavier shipments.

We offer export, import and domestic services

Our carriers offer international shipping to over 220 countries and territories worldwide regardless of the size of your shipment. It could be as small as a letter or as large as a shipping container.

So, if your business requires exports to international locations, we can help. There are a variety of ways to export depending on your shipment, our offer includes:

EXPORT BY ROAD

Using our parcel carriers such as DHL parcel & DPD

Using our integrators UPS Standard service, or FedEx Regional Economy as well as TNT Economy Express.

EXPORT BY AIR (fast as possible), could be multimodal

Using our integrators UPS Express Saver or Express, FedEx Priority as well as TNT Express.

All carriers also offer timed services

If you need an Import Service to get products or documents back to you pronto then we have the perfect solution! EAZY2SHIP partner with all our integrators, UPS, FedEx and TNT to provide this service for their full range of services. With our IMPORT service you get control over your import and know exactly when your shipment is ready to ship.

DOMESTIC
Our carriers that offer Export services also offer the same service for your domestic distribution needs with the same services as your Export.

PALLETS & FREIGHT
When you have needs for larger shipments our Pallets & Freight service can help you with Export, Import or Domestic services, we work with a good mix of local and global freight forwarders that can provide your Pallets & Freight services, some available on our portal others on request. We have one clear concept we never say no to a shipping challenge we will also aim to find a solutions for your shipping needs.

AT EAZY2SHIP, NO SHIPPING CHALLENGE IS TOO BIG OR TOO SMALL!

A comprehensive, accessible shipping service for our small to medium business customers is at the core of what we do. In order to provide this service, we have undertaken local and global, strategic partnerships with the world’s leading carriers.

SHIPPING PARTNERS

Our Integrators Shipping Partners UPS, FedEx and TNT EXPRESS are very similar in scape and approach and offer two different package type;

DOCUMENTS

Our integrators started their business based on transporting document and still provide a preferential service type for Express Documents, FedEx,TNT and UPS offer this service up to 2.5 kilos. DPD our Postal Parcel provider also offer this service.

EXPRESS PARCELS

Often also labeled “Non-Document” is by now the largest part of the business for FedEx, and UPS, they offer many different Service Types for this Package Type.
In Europe, the most popular offer used by our small and medium size business (SME’s) is the road-based offering respectively Economy Express and Standard Service Types, but if it needs to go faster customer are using TNT’s Express Service Type and UPS’s Express Saver. For timed deliveries they both offer Service Type with delivery before a certain time, this service is of course limited in scope in terms, both countries covered and Post Codes commitment within the delivery country.

TNT (Thomas Nationwide Transport) was launched just after the Second World War as a delivery service in Sydney. Since then, they have since seen significant growth and are now among the top five global, major package delivery companies. FedEx has a history dating back
to 1965 when Frederick W. Smith, then a Yale undergraduate, designed a cutting-edge new
system that would allow for the safe delivery of time-sensitive shipments. Within a decade, he
had established Federal Express Corp., – changing the transportation industry forever in North
America. The acquisition of TNT in 2016 created the perfect global player.

The combined FedEx Express & TNT Express currently serves hundreds of cities and markets with its intercontinental and international express delivery services. TNT have kept their identity as a separate brand. TNT expertise is still their Economy Express service and heavier shipment.

Both carriers are an excellent choice for EAZY2SHIP customers offering many services to different destinations in the world.

UPS is the most established and the largest parcel integrator in the world. Founded in the United States in 1907, they initially began as a ground courier operation and an alternative to the USPS (US Post Office).
Since their early days as a ground operation, UPS has developed a significant global footprint. Here, at EAZY2SHIP, we are proud to consider UPS as one of our Global
Strategic Partners and are delighted to work with them in all the countries that we
operate in.
UPS offer an extensive range of services. When speed is of the essence, our primary recommendation to our customers is the Express and Express Saver services. If you are looking for a more cost-effective distribution, then we recommend the Standard and Expedited services. While UPS are particularly strong in the US, they also offer excellent overseas shipping services.

We also work with alternative distribution provider, generally they provide similar services to the local post, but our offering always includes that your parcel(s) will be picked-up.

PALLETS & FREIGHT

We have over the past years recognized that small and medium size businesses (SME’s) also have need for export, import Pallets & Freight or even shipping domestically and we have responded to this by introducing those type of services, some within our Shipping Portal and others as an off portal shipping approach. We work with some of the larger freight forwarders to
provide your robust services, but we do also combine this with work with local specialists for certain lanes. Our main providers are DSV, DHL Freight & DHL Global Forwarding.

POST PARCELS

We work with the parcel businesses of Deutsche Post – DHL PARCEL and La Poste – DPD, both provide Belgium & Netherlands services for business-2-business and business-2-consumer, they also provide general post parcel services across Europe. The service include a pick-up the following day after booking your shipment and is a reliable post parcel service but should not be compared with the service of our integrators TNT and UPS.

The DP DHL group has a presence in more than 220 countries around the world, but work with the parcel organization DHL Parcel with a strong base in Germany (of course), Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Czech and Hungary, and with partnership across Europe. Being part of Deutsche Post, DHL Parcel has been provider parcel services for many years and particular know the challenges in providing both business-2-business as well as business-2-consumer services,
Their services in Belgium and Netherlands is strong in the business-2-business segment.

Founded in 1977 in Germany, DPD was launched as a parcel alternative to Deutsche Post, through a franchise concept, they have now grown across Europe, focusing on countries within the European Union.
Now owned by GeoPost, a subsidiary of the French postal service, La Poste, they have a presence in over 40 countries with an excess of 800 depots. Their initial focus was on business-2-business with their DPD Classic service, but through recent years of investment in DPD Home their business-2-consumer service, makes them one of Europe’s leading parcel delivery services.
